Devils WIN 4-1! 1 Away from Cup!
    The New Jersey Devils defeated the the Colorado Avalanche by a score of 4-1 on Monday, June 4, 2001 in Denver.   with this win, the Devils now lead the Stanley Cup Finals series 3-2, and will have the opportunity to win the Stanley Cup at home on Thursday, June 7, 2001.
    Patrik Elias scored with a nice wrist shot at 3:09 in the first period to give the Devils the early lead in the game.   Petr Sykora and Brian Rafalski got assists on the goal.
    One of the most anti-NJ referees in the league, Kerry Fraser was one of the two refs on the ice.   He was able to make a bogus call against NJ early in the game.   Bobby Holik took a tripping minor
