Ari Ahonen Recalled, Schwab Sick

    The New Jersey Devils re-called goaltender Ari Ahonen from the Albany River Rats on Wednesday, January 15, 2003.

    Ahonen is expected to back up Martin Brodeur while his usual backup netminder is out of the lineup with an illness.   Ahonen is not expected to see any ice time.
