Devils Set To Open Round 1 in Philadelphia on Thursday

    Each of the NHL's 30 teams have played their full 82-game regular season schedule, and the 2004 Playoff matchups are now set.   The Devils finished sixth in the Eastern Conference and will face the third place Flyers, with Philadelphia having home-ice advantage.

    Game 1 of the Devils-Flyers Eastern Conference Quarter Finals matchup will be played in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at 7:30PM.

    The Devils & Flyers have met twice in the playoffs (1995 & 2000) - both times were in the Conference Finals, and both times the Devils advanced to win the Stanley Cup.
