Larry Robinson Will Return as Head Coach

    New Jersey Devils CEO/President/GM Lou Lamoriello announced on Thursday, July 14, 2005 that Larry Robinson will return as the Devils head coach.

    Robinson leaves his previous position with the organization as a "Special Assignment Coach" to fill the head coaching job, as Pat Burns continues his fight with cancer.   Larry held this position from March of 2000 until January of 2002 - winning the Stanley Cup with the 2000 team.
