The New Jersey Devils scored first, but allowed the Leafs to
score the next three goals. A late third period rally and the Devils
were victorious - 4-3 at home over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday, February
Dainius Zubrus gave the Devils a 1-0 lead with a goal that beat

The first period ended with the Devils leading 1-0. New
Jersey outshot Toronto 10-7 in the period.
Tomas Kaberle beat Martin Brodeur with a power-play goal at 3:39
of the second period. Lee Stempniak added a power-play goal at 10:23 and
Rickard Wallin gave the Leads a 3-1 lead with a goal at 16:09.
Dean McAmmond gave the Devils hope with a goal at 16:56 of the
third period to cut Toronto's lead to a single goal. Vladimir Zharkov
and Mike Mottau assisted on McAmmond's sixth goal of the season.
A power-play goal from Travis Zajac at 19:16 tied the game and
made the crowd at the Prudential Center go crazy. Dean McAmmond and Ilya
Kovalchuk assisted on Zajac's 17th goal of the season.
Jay Pandolfo completed the Devils' comeback and won the game for
New Jersey with just 19 seconds remaining. Mike Mottau and Jamie
Langenbrunner assisted on Pandolfo's fourth goal of the season.
