Game 70: Senators Beat Devils 3-1

    The New Jersey Devils lost 1-3 to the Senators in Ottawa Senators on Thursday, March 17, 2011.

    Ryan Shannon beat Martin Brodeur on a power-play at 19:02 of the first period to give the Senators a 1-0 lead.   Chris Neil made it 2-0 with a tip-in goal just 55 seconds into the third period.

    Brin Rolston got the Devils on the board with a power-play goal at 5:02.   Rolston's 13th goal of the season was assisted by Jacob Josefson and Patrik Elias.

    Chris Neil added an empty net goal at 19:22.

    Travis Zajac played in his 389th consecutive game - a Devils record.
