R4 Game 2: Deja Vu: Kings Beat Devs 2-1 in OT

    The New Jersey Devils lost 1-2 in overtime at home to the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday, June 2, 2012.

    Drew Doughty skated around a few Devils as if they weren't even there and beat Martin Brodeur at 7:49 of the first period to give Los Angeles a 1-0 lead.

    Ryan Carter finally got the Devils on the board with a goal that beat Jonathan Quick at 2:59 of the third period.   Marek Zidlicky and Steve Bernier assisted on Carter's fifth goal of the playoffs.

    Jeff Carter scored at 13:42 of the first overtime to win the game for the Kings.   LA is now 10-0 on the road in the post-season this year.
