February 24, 2013 Game 19: Devils Fall 2-4 to Jets
The New Jersey Devils lost 2-4 at home to the Winnipeg Jets on
Sunday, February 24, 2013.
Zach Bogosian beat Johan Hedberg 2:30 into the first period to
give Winnipeg a 1-0 lead.
Travis Zajac tied the game with a goal that beat Ondrej Pavelec
at 9:52. Zajac's fourth goal of the season was assisted by Patrik Elias
and David Clarkson.
Steve Bernier gave the Devils a 2-1 lead with a goal at 17:10.
Andrei Loktionov and Alexei Ponikarovsky assisted on Bernier's fifth
goal of the season.
Grant Clitsome scored a power-play goal at 13:01 of the second,
to tie the game 2-2. Evander Kane gave the Jets a 3-2 lead with goal
at 17:48.
Andrew Ladd made it 4-2 with a goal at 7:46 of the third.
