The New Jersey Devils lost 2-3 in a shootout to the Senators in
Ottawa on Thursday, March 25, 2013.
Chris Phillips beat Martin Brodeur just 2:12 into the first
period to give the Senators a 1-0 lead.
Andrei Loktionov got the Devils on the board with his sixth goal
of the season that beat Ben Bishop at 15:13 of the second period. The
game tying goal was assisted by Steve Bernier and Andy Greene.
Colin Greening scored with just 17 seconds remaining in the
second period to give Ottawa a 2-1 lead.
A great individual effort from Marek Zidlicky tied the game at
6:05 of the third period. Zidlicky's fourth goal of the season was
