December 18, 2007 Game 34: Devils Fall in Vancouver, Lose 0-5
The New Jersey Devils lost 0-5 to the Canucks in Vancouver on
Tuesday, December 18, 2007.
Aaron Miller gave Vancouver a 1-0 lead with a goal that beat
Martin Brodeur at 2:16 of the first period.
The Devils outshot the Canucks 11-6 in the first period, though
Vancouver led 1-0 at the end of the period.
Ryan Kesler made it a 2-0 Vancouver lead just 1:09 into the
second period. Trevor Lindon increased the lead with a goal just 1:34
later. At 8:51, Markus Naslund scored to make it 4-0 Vancouver.
The Devils outshot the Canucks 15-10 in the second period, which
ended with Vancouver leading 4-0.
Markus Nasland scored his second goal of the game to cap the
scoring.
